It means an integrated process through which a new project is created. The process starts from launching the general idea of the project until its implementation. In other words, entrepreneurship is the process of creating a business based on innovation with sound administrative foundations, and this is done through the entrepreneur’s consciousness of the financial risks fraught with the process.
We conclude from the two previous definitions that the entrepreneur is a person who can undertake the implementation of a new development and endure the risks which are associated with this development. Often, the character of the entrepreneur is to be; a creative individual with providing ideas outside the box, and an intelligent person to the extent that he can solve any dilemma he experiences along with clinging to hope until the success of the project.

The entrepreneur has many advantages that ultimately make him financially independent, and this is the main goal of the entrepreneurship process. To illustrate, the entrepreneurship ultimately tends to the target creating special financial independence without the need to work for companies as an employee or worker.
One of the most crucial characteristics of an entrepreneur is that he is persistent, and he does not give up from the first time and from the first fail. Entrepreneurship means that an idea can be created and implemented under the sponsorship of many companies.
Furthermore, the entrepreneur is a creative person, and while it is not enough for him to find a traditional idea and implement it, he would add his own touch so that the project becomes exceptional and different from other projects with the same idea.
